When I was a kid, I always wanted to be an inventor. I thought it sounded cool at the time, but it took me 20 years to understand what that really meant. I guess the child in me knew intuitively where I was headed.

Today, I am a professional multi-disciplinary problem solver. Not content with simply delivering projects for clients, I aim to create meaningful public value by focusing on outcomes, analysing root problems, and designing relevant, user-centric tools and solutions. I am adept at both big picture, out of the box thinking, down to the nitty gritty of detailed design and implementation.

I have delivered numerous projects for the Victorian Government, both local and state. My clients have included health and human services, justice, the emergency management sector, regulatory bodies, and local councils.

I am passionate about making public value happen, innovating the way we work, and creating profound change wherever I go. I don’t like disruption for disruption’s sake... but what an exciting time to be alive!

    ColourSpace Gallery

    Design Executive Officer

    Oct 2015 – Present

Whether buying or leasing art, procuring artwork for businesses can be challenging, time-consuming and expensive. Changing artwork on a regular basis is even harder. Consequently, the same art can sit on the same wall for years, making environments stale, uninspiring, and dreary.

ColourSpace's vision is to turn these spaces into an exhibition, showcasing the latest artwork from both emerging and established local artists. We will manage these exhibitions by regularly rotating fresh artwork between locations, helping businesses create vibrant, motivating environments that stimulate the mind, whilst simultaneously supporting local artists.

My role is turning this vision into reality - watch this space! If you're a business and you're interested in transforming your space, drop me an email: scott@cs.gallery or call me on 0433 403 044.

    Technology Director

    Mar 2015 – Present

Superannuation is a big, if often unseen part of people’s lives. For many, it is their major support system for their retirement, and it is an enormous part of the Australian economy.

But 4 out of 5 people don't understand how super works, and what education is available is often through financial advisors or buried in a mountain of jargon.

UnderstandingSuper aims to change how superannuation is taught through interactive videos and online modules. We recently ran a pilot in the University of Western Australia and found broad support for the products we've developed, and are in the process of producing more. Our goal is to provide a suite of educational tools for students in high schools and universities, equipping them with the tools they need to manage their superannuation as they enter the workforce.

My role is to support the design and development of education modules, social media and online strategy, and business strategist.
